Last season we started to carry Tapped Maple Syrup from a company that is just north of us in WI. It's been a great company to work with and I just wanted to take a few minutes to highlight some of their products as we've upped our inventory this season.

We carry three of their syrups - Pure Original Maple Syrup (in three sizes), Cinnamon Infused Maple Syrup and Espresso Infused Maple Syrup. We have the most of the pure for all you classic syrup lovers. I think the infused syrups add some fun to your options.
Tapped Maple Syrup shared some fun recipes that can be used with the different syrups and I thought I'd post them here so you have some ideas on what you can do other than just pour it on your pancakes!
Tapped & Baked Oatmeal Recipe

2/3 cup chopped pecans
3 cups rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup Tapped Cinnamon Infused Maple Syrup
1.5 cup milk
3 Tbs melted butter
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
12 oz fresh or frozen blueberries
Preheat Oven to 350-degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Mix pecans, oats, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat maple syrup, milk, butter, eggs and vanilla extract. Combine with dry ingredients. Gently fold in blueberries, spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake until bubbling, about 40 minutes or until top is golden.
Serve with additional Tapped Syrup if desired.
Espresso Oat Maple Smoothie Recipe

1/2 cup milk, warmed
1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup Tapped Espresso Infused Maple Syrup
1 banana
1 cup ice
Combine warm milk and oats in a small bowl. Let stand until oats begin to soften, about 10 minutes. Place oats mixture, syrup, banana, and ice in a blender; process until smooth, about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
Maple Almond Cranberry Granola Recipe

2.5 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup whole almonds
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup Tapped Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss the oats, almonds, cranberries, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla and stir to combine well, until oats are moistened.
Spread granola onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cool completely before eating.
