14th Handcrafted Hoedown for the Holiday's Vendor Application

The 14th Handcrafted hoedown for the Holiday’s is on Friday, November 19th from 10 to 5 and Saturday, November 20th from 10 to 4. We're excited to be bringing this event back after a year off!


This year my daughter's, Cedi and Capri, are in charge of all the planning (I'm still helping as needed). We plan on running it the same as we have in previous years and the apple orchard store will be converted into a miniature 'crafty boutique'. Your items will be placed around the shop in an aesthetically pleasing way and customers will check out just once. For this to work, everyone with items in the show must have REMOVABLE, LABELED PRICE TAGS. We save these tags after purchases are made and this is how we know how much you sold and what we owe you.


We take a 30% commission for items sold at the show so please mark your items appropriately so you receive the money you want once that's taken off. Please plan on dropping off or having your items delivered to Lapacek’s Orchard, N1959 Kroncke Road, Poynette, WI 53955 no later than Thursday, November 18th between 10am and 4pm. You can pick up the money you earned as well as any items you may have left on Sunday, November 21st between 10-3. You do not need to be at the show unless you are there to stock up on fun gifts for your family and friends this holiday season.

APPLICATION FEE: There is also a non-refundable application of $5 that we must receive prior to our reviewing of the Google form. You can pay that fee in our online shop HERE.


We will notify you within a week of your application submittal and receiving the application fee whether or not there is a spot available for your items at the show.
